5 months old!

Our little guy is growing so fast. We celebrated our first Mother's Day together last weekend and he had just turned 5 months old earlier that week. He is learning and doing so much now. We can't believe all the things he is up to lately.

He just loves grabbing his toes and playing with his feet. And he is really getting good at reaching out for toys and is working on perfecting grasping smaller objects. He is constantly reaching up and taking his paci out of his mouth and sometimes is able to get it back in without dropping it.

He laughs out loud a lot and is really enjoying using his voice to yell out, loudly. He loves giving big hugs when we pick him up, especially first thing in the morning. And he will take any chance he gets to grab and squeeze Mumma's face and open his mouth wide to give big kisses. 

He is napping a lot less during the day, but still sleeping well at night. He still loves eating rice cereal in the morning and at night and has added sweet potatoes and squash into his repertoire at lunch time. 

He loves his bouncer and his stroller. We go for walks around the neighborhood a lot and he is really into watching the trees move in the breeze and listening for birds.

We are amazed by him every single day!
